Due to the heavy snowfall during the last days in Europe’s southernmost ski resort are now available areas which before were still closed to the public, such as the long awaited opening of the recently expanded snow park for enthusiasts of snowboard and freestyle.
The ski resort of Sierra Nevada in Granada thus is ready to offer a very enjoyable skiing experience just in time for these Christmas holidays, with a nice thick layer of new snow which right now is getting compressed to offer a compact surface for skiing.
During the Christmas holidays are planned many related activities on the slopes and in the resort Solynieve itself; children up to 12 years can ski for half price on the December 25th and January 1st and 6th, meanwhile children up to 5 years can ski for free during all season. A special feature is as well the availability of night skiing in Sierra Nevada on Saturday nights from 7 to 9:30 pm.
